6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

2. Kişisel Veri Kategorileri ve İşleme Amaçları

• Konum Verisi: Konum alarmı özelliğini çalıştırmak amacıyla, yalnızca söz konusu özellik aktifken, yalnızca cihaz üzerinde işlenir. Sunucuya veya üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz.
• Alarm Ayar Verileri: Kullanıcı tercihlerini saklamak amacıyla cihazın yerel depolama alanında tutulur.
• Anonim Kullanım İstatistikleri: Açık kullanıcı rızası alınması kaydıyla uygulama kalitesini iyileştirmek amacıyla işlenebilir. Bireysel kimlik tespitine imkân tanımaz.

3. Veri Saklama Süreleri

Konum verisi anlık olarak işlenir, saklanmaz. Alarm verileri siz silene kadar cihazınızda tutulur. Anonim istatistikler, amaç gerçekleştiğinde silinir.

4. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme hakkı
• İşlenen verileriniz hakkında bilgi talep etme hakkı
• İşleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme hakkı
• Verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmesi hâlinde düzeltilmesini isteme hakkı
• Verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme hakkı
• İşlemenin hukuki dayanağına itiraz etme hakkı
• Otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla ortaya çıkan sonuca itiraz etme hakkı

5. Başvuru Yöntemi

KVKK haklarınızı kullanmak için saviormansupoort@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Başvurularınız en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

This notice has been prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Categories of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

• Location Data: Processed only on the device, only while the location alarm feature is active, in order to run that feature. It is not transferred to any server or third party.
• Alarm Settings Data: Kept in the device's local storage to save user preferences.
• Anonymous Usage Statistics: May be processed to improve app quality, only with the user's explicit consent. It does not allow individual identification.

3. Data Retention Periods

Location data is processed in real time and not stored. Alarm data stays on your device until you delete it. Anonymous statistics are deleted once their purpose has been fulfilled.

4. Your Rights Under KVKK

• The right to learn whether your personal data is being processed
• The right to request information about your processed data
• The right to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose
• The right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion or destruction of your data
• The right to object to the legal basis of processing
• The right to object to a result produced by automated systems

5. How to Apply

To exercise your rights under KVKK, you can send an email to saviormansupoort@gmail.com. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
